Chamomile - The Peaceful Warrior

Chamomile - The Peaceful Warrior

When I think of Chamomile, I think of the home remedies mom practiced on us the moment we experienced cold symptoms as children. She’d serve it warm, with honey and a warm smile and you could taste and feel the healing energies from the tea. Okay, mom’s warm smile as she served our tea definitely had some healing powers of its own called, TLC.

There is something about chamomile that the thought of it just simply warms you up. It’s the instant satisfaction that everything is going to be calm and resolve itself after that first sip of tea. Whether you are experiencing a bad day, some stress induced anxiety or cold symptoms. It’s something about the dainty tea cup filled with this magical elixir that is about to reveal the strength of chamomile and ALL of its healing properties. Mom’s all over call for back up when their child falls sick and in comes Chamomile to Save The Day!
